Luke has over a decade of experience in the charity and non-profit sector, specialising in youth development, strategy, fundraising, and community outreach. He has led large teams, delivered national programmes and events, and secured significant funding. A trustee and active volunteer, Luke also delivers LGBT+ inclusion training and champions equality across faith and youth communities, particularly for transgender young people of faith. He has spoken at St James’ Palace about inclusion in the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and is currently completing an MA in Childhood and Youth with The Open University.
