An experienced education and community engagement professional, she brings expertise in programme management, training and the development of inclusive
initiatives. Having taught Hebrew, civics, human rights and gender studies in primary and secondary schools, she offers a broad perspective on education and social change. Dorit's longstanding commitment to inclusion is reflected in her journey with IGY, Israel's leading LGBT+ youth organisation, where she progressed from
volunteer to Programme Coordinator before serving as a Trustee. She is passionate about fostering meaningful dialogue, building inclusive communities and advancing equality through education.
