Ariel is an inclusion and diversity specialist with nearly a decade of experience across multiple sectors. His extensive background includes work on national and international education research projects, such as peace education initiatives in
Israel, as well as leadership roles within higher education. Ariel has also served as an Associate Lecturer, focusing on topics like LGBT+ inclusion in education and the impact of antisemitism in schools. In recent years, he has supported numerous
national and global organisations in fostering more inclusive cultures. He is a member of Manchester Jewish Representative Council and was honoured in the
2024/45 Diversity Power List as one of the most influential DEI figures in the UK.
