Adam has significant experience working in the charity sector, in a variety of policy, public affairs and research roles. He has actively worked with policymakers and legislators to improve legal rights and end discrimination against the LGBT+ community. He spearheaded a successful campaign to change the law so that LGBT+ people living with HIV can access fertility treatment and start families of their own. He is a passionate believer in the crucial role that charities can play in ending discrimination and driving forward meaningful social change.
