KeshetUK is recruiting a two new Programme Coordinators. These are two new posts starting in September 2026.
Programme Coordinators are responsible for delivering the majority of KeshetUK’s education and community‑life sessions, developing and maintaining session content, and supporting key projects across the organisation. Working under the direction of the Director of Programmes, the Programme Coordinators will help ensure that KeshetUK can meet rising demand for high‑quality Jewish LGBT+ inclusion training and consultancy across the UK.
More specifically, these roles include:
Delivering KeshetUK education and training sessions in schools, youth movements, synagogues, universities, and community settings
Conducting post‑session evaluation and contributing to ongoing quality improvement
Developing new educational content and updating existing session materials as well as supporting the design of new programmes and age‑specific content.
Collaborating with staff and trustees on communications including writing case studies and drafting programme related content for newsletters and social media
General administrative duties including updating our CRM and supporting scheduling, logistics and other internal administrative systems
Each Programme Coordinator will also have a defined portfolio:
Portfolio A supports our Belonging in Ritual project.
Portfolio B supports volunteer management and organisational projects.

We operate a hybrid working model. All employees are expected to work from our London base at least one day per month and the rest of the time from home. However, employees can work from our London base more frequently if they wish.
